Booking Guidance
Choose the right appointment type before you book
Seaford East Medical Clinic uses appointment lengths to match the problem properly. Routine concerns can often be booked online. Longer, urgent, or more complex issues are best booked through reception.

Online Booking Guide
- Choose the most accurate appointment reason and preferred clinician.
- Select a time that fits the type of review you need.
- If you cannot find a suitable option, contact reception for manual booking support.
Telehealth, procedures, mental health care plans, and complex reviews often need different booking lengths than a routine GP slot.
Urgent but not emergency?
If symptoms are worsening, or if you are unsure what category your problem fits into, call reception first so we can guide you to the safest next step.
For emergencies, chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, or major trauma, call 000 immediately.
